The property
Eleven stories, and not a wasted one
We run this as an independent hotel with a simple idea: get the essentials genuinely right and skip the rest. Clean, quiet, well-organized rooms. A front desk that answers at 3am. A secure garage you don't have to circle the block for.
Business travelers on per-diem, families doing the monuments in three days, contractors on a six-week rotation — the building is set up for all three, and the staff know the difference.
