2,100 square feet, or three rooms

Meeting space five miles from the Pentagon, with 203 guest rooms upstairs and secure on-site parking for everyone who drives in.

One room, or three

Take all 2,100 square feet as a single room, or divide it into three — run a general session and two breakouts at the same time, or hold one meeting in the space that actually fits it. The dividing walls run on tracks in the ceiling, and each of the three rooms has its own door onto the meeting corridor, so a session can break without everybody filing through somebody else's.

Conference layouts, training sessions, government and contractor offsites, family gatherings. We'll set the room to your layout and block guest rooms for anyone traveling in.

  • 2,100 sq ft total, divisible into three separate rooms
  • Separate corridor entrance to each room
  • U-shape, boardroom, classroom & theatre layouts
  • AV and screen available
  • Room blocks for out-of-town attendees
  • On-site garage parking for attendees

The floor

Its own corridor, off the lobby

The meeting rooms sit together on their own corridor with restrooms on the same floor, rather than scattered around the building. There is room along the corridor wall to set up outside the rooms, so a break doesn't mean rearranging the room you're working in.

Guest rooms are upstairs in the same building and the garage is under it, which is the practical difference between a meeting that starts on time and one that doesn't.

Events

Rounds, receptions and family gatherings

The full room takes banquet rounds for a reception, a reunion or a post-ceremony dinner. It is a straightforward room rather than a ballroom, and it is priced like one — which is the point for anyone who has been quoted downtown DC rates for the same evening.

Worth asking about

Before you book

A few things that come up on most enquiries, answered here rather than three emails in.

Can you block guest rooms for attendees?

Attendees traveling in can be blocked upstairs at a held rate. Five rooms or a hundred — ask on the same enquiry as the space.

How are government and military bookings quoted?

Per diem and contractor bookings are quoted directly by us rather than through an online channel. Say so on the form and it goes to the right person.

What parking is available for attendees?

Secure garage under the building at $22 per night. Coach and van space by arrangement, with room outside for very large vehicles.
