Two hundred and three rooms across eleven floors. No two travelers want the same thing, so there are three ways to do it — and every one of them includes free WiFi and a desk you can actually work at.
The room most of the building is made of. Two queen beds with space between them, a full-width desk under the window, and an armchair that isn't an afterthought. Families put two and two down comfortably; colleagues sharing on per-diem don't end up negotiating for the desk.
For working stays
One king bed instead of two queens, and the floor space you get back by not having a second bed in the room. The better choice if you are here on your own for a while and would rather have somewhere to sit than somewhere spare to sleep.
A proper separate room — sofa, dining table, desk — with the bedroom behind it. If you're here for weeks rather than nights, or traveling with family who keep different hours, this is the one that stops the stay feeling like a hotel. It can occupy four — call the desk to confirm the sleeping arrangement before you book for a full party.

Every room, whichever you book, comes with the same bathroom fittings and the same working kit. No stripped-back tier.
